We are looking for someone with a good technical understanding and experience from the machinery industry, preferably focused on wood. Perhaps you have worked as a technician, industrial electrician, or maintenance personnel and want to take a new step in your career? You should have good computer skills and a solution-oriented approach to work.

As a key person in our service department, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering first-class support and building strong customer relationships.
• Being the technical expert who solves complex machine problems.
• Supporting our technicians in the field.

Location: We prefer that you are based at our headquarters in Vellinge, but we are open to flexible solutions.

We are looking for someone who has previously worked with the service of advanced machines. You will work at our customers' sites with installation, service, and maintenance of our products, and the role involves travel around Sweden. You will work with:

• Field service, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of advanced machines.
• Being the technical expert on-site.
• Delivering first-class support and building strong customer relationships.

The preferred location for the traveling technician role is in central Sweden, with the service office located in Nässjö.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Solid experience as an Industrial/Electrical Technician or similar.
• Deep knowledge of CNC/PLC systems and related software.
• A background in machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• The ability to analyze and solve complex faults under time pressure.

 In addition, we see that you can speak and write in Swedish and English; German is an advantage. You also have a natural service-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.

These positions also require you to have a valid B driver's license.
